Study On The Development Of Tea Industry In Luokeng Town, Qujiang District, Shangguan City

The revitalization of the nation is inseparable from the revitalization of the countryside.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the focus of the "three rural" work has shifted to comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.In the No.1 Central Document of 2021,the construction of a modern rural industrial system was proposed.All counties should rely on local superior resources to develop local special agricultural products.Through primary processing and fine processing,the industrial chain of local characteristic agricultural products will be extended.In this way,industrial clusters are formed and the construction of strong local towns is promoted.Luokeng Town,Qujiang District,Shaoguan City has a long history of growing tea.In recent years,according to the characteristics of local resources,Luokeng Town has adopted a development model of "government-led,market operation,enterprise-driven,and mass participation" to vigorously promote the development of the tea industry.In 2019,Luokeng Town was recognized as a special agricultural tea town.Although the tea industry has become a pillar industry that drives the economic development of Luokeng Town and increases farmers’ income,there are still some unsolved problems in its development process,so it is necessary to study it.This article takes the tea industry development in Luokeng Town,Qujiang District,Shaoguan City as the research object,combines the data obtained from field investigations and questionnaires with the data released by relevant departments,and analyzes the current situation of tea planting,tea processing and tea product marketing in Luokeng Town.Sort out the existence of development: brand radiation is small,product similarity is serious,and non-brands cause impact;tea planting is mainly grown by farmers,and the distribution is relatively scattered,processing is mainly small family workshops,processing scales are small,and the level of organization and standardization of production Low;the number of leading tea enterprises is small,their leading role is limited,the interest linkage between leading tea enterprises and tea farmers is not strong enough;the integration of tea tourism resources has not been fully tapped,the tourism reception capacity needs to be improved,and the integration of tea tourism is not high.In response to the above problems,on the basis of the theory of comparative advantage,the theory of economies of scale and the theory of industrial clusters,combined with the actual situation,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: strengthen brand building,strengthen investment in science and technology,increase publicity,and strengthen quality control;In terms of improving business concentration,strengthen the construction of mechanized and standardized tea gardens,expand the scale of tea processing,and improve the level of organization and standardized production;in terms of giving full play to the leading role of leading enterprises,supporting leading enterprises to become bigger and stronger,and to increase their influence,Improve the benefit linkage mechanism between leading enterprises and farmers;in terms of promoting the integration of tea tourism,fully excavate the tourism resources of Luokeng Town,enhance tourism reception capabilities,and promote the integrated development of tea tourism.The development of the tea industry in Luokeng Town is a process of continuous development and changes.Different development stages will encounter different problems.Real-time adjustments must be made according to the characteristics of different development stages to promote the development of the tea industry in Luokeng Town and promote Luokeng.The town realizes the revitalization of the village.
