Zhangping is becoming the biggest production base for Taiwan high mountain tea in the mainland China, the industry has already begun to take shape. Facing the fierce competition in the tea market, the effective method for promoting the sustainable development of Taiwan high mountain tea industry is to accelerate its industrialization. With the deeply agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, it brings a new model reference and a rare historical opportunity.Continue to combine theoretical and empirical research, this article open around a center problem that how to speed up the development of industrialization of Taiwan high mountain tea in Zhangping. The article consists of the following six parts:The introduction of Part 1 to illustrate the topic's background and significance, give the content of this research brief and the research plans. Part 2, introduce the relevant basic theories, and especially indicate the rationality of diamond model in Michael Porter's competition theory to improve the competitiveness of the industry. Part 3, introduce the development situation of Taiwan high mountain tea industry in Zhangping, including the base size, tea production, production technology, the brand construction, professional cooperatives and marketing methods. Part 4, analyze and grasp the core competitiveness of Taiwan high mountain tea industry with the diamond model, discuss the process of industrialization development. The advantage contains the good production base, stable development for the leading enterprises, the support for the government and the broad market. But the problems include the industrial structure and the professional cooperatives defects, human resource allocation problems, enterprise financing difficulties and widen the products sales. Part 5, overview the tea industry development in Taiwan, summarizes some experiences for reference. Part 6, put forward countermeasures and recommendations to promote the development of Taiwan high mountain tea industrialization, including vigorously develop the ecological tea-garden, implement standard operation, use the new technology, strengthen the human resource training and introducing talents, give full play to the government's support, expand channels for Financing and marketing and close cooperation of tea industry between Fujian and Taiwan.
