Study On The Young Farmers Venture In Zhenjiang Of Shaoguan City

Under the circumstance of economic “new normal”,starting a business and innovation in the grassroots level rejuvenate economic growth and social prosperity.Local government should attach great importance to rural population who start their own business with favorable politics.In Zhenjiang district of Shaoguan city,the policy to support and encourage the entrepreneurship of rural population in the process of accelerating the new form of urbanization will improve their income and help more rural farmers live well as a way of addressing “three dimensional rural issues”.Through the research and investigation focused on how youth farmers in Zhenjiang have been doing with their business in the beginning,this article analyzed basic conditions about their business and how interior and exterior factors work out for them.Also,it summarized their motives,difficulties and predicament when they started their own business.This paper further elaborated on major factors that affect the entrepreneurship of them and provided advice towards supporting and fostering how they make it.The researchers have found that there are three main reasons for young farmers to start their own business,namely,survival needs,value realization and self development,and solving their own employment problems.For young farmers to start their own b usiness in Zhenjiang District there are many problems such as the poor effectiveness of evading and preventing venture risks,the development of entrepreneurial activity cannot keep up with the development of market economy,the low level of entrepreneuria l activity,the imperfect management and the lack of entrepreneurial leader.The research suggests that,in order to promote entrepreneurship,young farmers should strengthen the exchange of learning,establish a new concept of entrepreneurship,develop a good psychological quality,and enhance the quality of entrepreneurial ability;the government should promote rational entrepreneurship,set up publicity and communication platform,strengthen training,and improve the entrepreneurial skills of farmers;the government also should strengthen the support for farmers' entrepreneurship from the aspect of policy formulation and monitoring;non-governmental organizations should establish the financial support and entrepreneurial support mechanisms for farmers;other social organizations establish specialized agencies to further promote nation-wide entrepreneurship,strengthen propaganda and improve the entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial atmosphere.This paper is the first one that deals with the study of younger population who live in Zhenjiang district of Shaoguan city,which is a less-developed area in Guangdong province with an booming economy.Also,this paper provides a positive reference to the research of the folks live in the area with fast urbanization.
