| As artificial intelligence plays a role in various industries,the traditional furniture industry is also being closely integrated with artificial intelligence.As a result,“intelligence” will also be integrated with the future of the furniture industry,becoming one of the trends in the furniture market.The intelligent furniture industry is accompanied by a series of network high-tech industry and household appliances industry into the technical system and industry standards are not mature,the industry concentration is not high.The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities is an important force to promote economic development and innovation system renewal,therefore,through the analysis of university patents can help to promote the development of traditional furniture to intelligent furniture innovation and intelligent furniture industrialization.This paper uses literature research method,patent analysis method,comparative analysis method,visualization analysis method,TOPSIS entropy method with curve fitting and other methods to conduct research.Firstly,on the basis of a systematic overview of the current situation of the development of the intelligent furniture industry at home and abroad,the overall combing and analysis of the global and Chinese intelligent furniture patent applications was carried out in terms of application trends,technology composition,innovation subjects,patent types,legal status and major patent distribution countries/regions.The results show that the number of patent applications in the smart furniture industry has continued to grow.Chinese smart furniture patent applications are mainly concentrated in enterprises and individuals,but no leading enterprises have yet been formed,applicants are scattered and the concentration of the industry is not high.Secondly,from the aspects of patent application trends,patent types,cooperation applications and transformation status,the focus was on the interpretation of smart furniture patents in Chinese universities,and it was found that the existing transformation rate of smart furniture in Chinese universities was only 2.69%,and the transformation mode was relatively single.Again,using the TOPSIS entropy method,combined with the patent navigation handbook issued by the State Intellectual Property Office,we selected patent indicators from the legal dimension,technical dimension and economic dimension to screen the high-value patents of universities,and then compared them with the current market price,and used RMSE(root mean square error)to estimate the deviation between the market price and the actual transaction price.Finally,potential patents to be transformed are explored in terms of R&D directions and literature of superior enterprises.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions for promoting industrial patent development are put forward.These countermeasures and suggestions mainly include:establishing a university patent operation organization,strengthening the IP intermediary organization by means of cooperation between industry,university and research institutes,and also through asset operation with third-party platforms;diversifying the evaluation indexes of university patent value,selecting different indexes according to different patent types or research country-wide objects,and taking market impact into account when necessary;creating a university-enterprise patent invention point incubation platform.Increase the support for horizontal projects.The innovation of this paper mainly lies in: on the basis of the macro analysis of the current situation of the global and Chinese intelligent furniture industries,a comparative analysis of the trend of patent applications,innovation subjects and technological composition of intelligent furniture in China and the world is conducted through the perspective of patents;the current situation of the conversion rate and conversion mode of university patents in the Chinese intelligent furniture industry is analyzed,and the TOPSIS entropy method is used to assess the value of the patents to be converted in universities and to The market price is estimated. |
