Research On The Implementation Of Employment And Entrepreneurship Support Policies For The Disabled In Y City

In recent years,the state and governments at all levels have attached great importance to the employment of the disabled,and have successively issued many relevant laws,regulations and preferential policies.In the positive trend of various work,some employment and entrepreneurship policies are difficult to implement.There is still a certain gap between the implementation of the employment and entrepreneurship support policies for the disabled and the expectation.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and important to study the implementation of the employment and entrepreneurship support policies for the disabled.In order to further better and more scientifically play the role of employment and entrepreneurship related policies,it is necessary to study the implementation of employment and entrepreneurship support policies for the disabled,with a view to introducing relevant employment and entrepreneurship support policies for the disabled in the future,which is more operable and targeted,can better stimulate the confidence of the disabled to work out of poverty and become rich,and realize the stable and healthy development of the cause for the disabled.Based on the Smith model,this paper analyzes the implementation of the employment and entrepreneurship support policies for the disabled in Y City,and analyzes the implementation status of the employment and entrepreneurship support policies for the disabled in Y City from the basic situation of the disabled in Y City,the characteristics of the implementation of the support policies for the centralized employment,proportional employment and independent entrepreneurship of the disabled in Y City,and the investigation of the employment and Entrepreneurship of the disabled in Y City,It is found that there are some problems in the implementation of the employment and entrepreneurship support policy for the disabled in Y City,such as weak policy support,inadequate collection of employment security fund for the disabled,insufficient employment capacity of the disabled,incomplete barrier free environment construction,insufficient attention paid by the government to the cause of the disabled,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Through early inquiry of domestic and foreign research,investigation and analysis of the employment and entrepreneurship support policies for the disabled in other counties and urban areas,and the preliminary results of implementation,valuable information is extracted,and countermeasures and suggestions to resolve the difficulties in the implementation of the employment and entrepreneurship support policies for the disabled in Y city are put forward from the four aspects of policy formulation,policy implementation,target groups and implementation environment.Based on the analysis of the implementation of the employment and entrepreneurship support policy for the disabled in Y City,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as realizing the scientific policy objectives,improving the incentive mechanism for the implementation of the employment and entrepreneurship support policy,increasing publicity,improving the work responsibilities of various institutions,improving the quality of the disabled,encouraging the disabled to participate in employment and entrepreneurship training,broadening the source of policy funds,integrating social service resources,and improving the public supervision system,It has positive practical significance for the high-quality development of the cause of the disabled in Y City and the improvement of the social security system for the disabled.
