| At present,the power industry is essential for China’s economic development.In recent years,our country has issued a large number of relevant management policies.At the same time,these policies also begin to have a profound impact on the whole power enterprise system.With the implementation of relevant policies,the state allows more private institutions to enter the power sales market.In recent years,the power market has gradually changed from seller’s market to buyer’s market,and the history of power enterprise monopoly will no longer exist.This study takes the development strategy of LKHD company as the research theme.Firstly,it defines the research background and significance of the thesis,constructs the thesis framework of the research content,and combs the relevant strategic management theories at home and abroad,such as development strategy theory,resource dependence theory and so on.Secondly,this study analyzes the external environment and internal environment of the company.The external environment analysis uses PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method to analyze the operation of LKHD enterprise,and finally obtains the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats faced by LKHD company.Finally,combined with the specific situation of the company,it formulates a clear strategic strategy for LKHD company:diversified development strategy.This study believes that LKHD company should start from four angles in order to ensure the steady growth of overall performance.First,on the basis of diversified development strategy,LKHD power company should vigorously promote the construction of phase Ⅳ new projects.The new phase Ⅳproject covers power supply substations with high-end technical equipment.The overall supply cost can be reduced through the construction of new equipment.The second is the large-scale development and utilization of new energy,which also brings unprecedented profound changes and challenges to the power system.At this time,LKHD company should take the initiative to realize its unified planning and coordination on the overall layout and development direction of the new energy industry through cooperative development;Actively participate in the State Grid Planning and provide strong support to promote the healthy,orderly and rapid development of China’s wind power industry.Thirdly,LKHD company should actively develop redundant heat generation and utilization technology in the power generation process,so as to further improve the economic efficiency and application scenarios in the process of expanding heating area.Fourth,the business growth of LKHD company is highly dependent on long-term cooperative large customers.Therefore,the maintenance and development of direct supply TV university users can not be ignored in the implementation of diversification strategy.As a special case,operators and management must have enough resources to support the future development needs of enterprises.Finally,LKHD company chose a diversified development strategy,in which the essential thing is the structural adjustment of power generation and power grid services.The power industry is a high-tech industry,and technological progress is an important factor.At the same time,the strategic research and development of power enterprises is a complex system engineering.In this study,the strategic analysis tools and the analysis and judgment of the internal and external environment formulate the overall development strategy of LKHD company.This study can also provide some reference for other power supply companies in the power market under the transformation of market form. |
