| In recent years,China’s financial market has taken on a new look and Internet finance has developed rapidly.Under this environment,the previous network business model of industrial banks has gradually changed.The business philosophy,marketing model and business model of commercial banks are facing unprecedented great challenges.At this time,how to enhance the core competitiveness of outlets and make them stand firm in the highly competitive market in order to achieve high-quality development goals has become an issue that must be considered in the development of commercial banks in China.Therefore,at present,D branch of China Construction Bank has begun to actively promote the transformation and development of outlets.This thesis analyzes and summarizes the advanced and excellent research on network transformation at home and abroad,combines theory with practice,conducts field research on D branch network,analyzes the current situation of D branch network operation and the comprehensive competitiveness of the network by using PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,and provides theoretical direction for the transformation of D branch network.This thesis based on the actual situation of D branch,proposes a strong,systematic and complete implementation guarantee plan for branch transformation.For empowerment and burden reduction,the specific implementation plan is proposed to build an intelligent operation management system for branch,use big data platform for consumer analysis,strengthen management so as to enhance operational efficiency,and expand intelligent equipment to optimize processes;for integrated management,business process optimization and enhancement of accurate delivery capacity are proposed;for branch construction,the construction of characteristic branches,construction of branch clusters and optimization of customer service experience are proposed;for customer operation,it proposes to continuously promote the digital management concept of personal customers,accelerate the promotion of online public services and digitalization of products,and other specific implementation plans.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the implementation plan of branch transformation in the context of digital operation of CCB D Branch,specific guarantee measures are proposed in terms of organization guarantee,system guarantee,human resource guarantee and culture guarantee.This thesis focuses on solving the difficult business operation points and management blockages faced in the branch transformation in the context of digital operation from the actual situation of branch D.It is of great practical significance to promote the branch transformation of branch D.It is also hoped that the branch transformation example of branch D can provide a reference basis for the implementation of the current commercial bank branch transformation. |
