| Telecom operators are the representatives of "falling fortune" in many reform waves.Since 2005,the state has reformed the Telecom industry on a large scale,and its employees have fallen from "civil servants of civil servants"to the most common marketing service personnel.They shuttle in every corner of the city,as long as there is access to the Internet,You can see them rushing about for one more home broadband,one more IPTV,or one more mobile phone number service.Who could have expected that before 2003,when mobile phones were just emerging,party and government departments across China repeatedly broke the door of Telecom companies in order to handle a fixed phone.The comparison between the two scenes shows the marketing pressure of front-line marketing personnel in the Telecom industry.This paper will focus on the research of marketing personnel pressure,taking the marketing personnel of the government and enterprise customer department of China Telecom KM Branch and the "four districts and eight counties" Telecom Branch of KM city as the research object,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and field visit survey method to collect the pressure sources of marketing personnel of KM Telecom company.Literature method will guide repeatedly using the predecessors’ research and demonstrated by theory of stress research used in stress research branch of China Telecom KM marketing personnel,with pressure mechanism model for the analysis of the front-end marketers pressure source,provide theoretical support for questionnaire design problem,and the questionnaire will be mining KM Telecom company and subordinate branch pressure source data support directly,Field visits will further confirm the induction of pressure sources,in-depth analysis of the causes of pressure and pressure relief measures for pressure sources.From the perspective of organization,this paper will study the pressure of KM Telecom marketing personnel from the three levels of organization,individual and society,and is committed to the following three aspects of research significance:First,the value of academic research,the operator industry marketing personnel pressure research,the conclusion can be extended to the whole marketing industry in today’s society,for the improvement of marketing personnel pressure and talent management system to provide corresponding case experience;Second,the value of economic benefits.From the organizational level of KM Telecom,clarifying the current situation of employee pressure and taking effective measures can reduce the talent turnover rate of KM Telecom and improve the income of marketing performance,providing questionnaire basis for KM Telecom to improve the talent management system and decision-making basis for the organization of marketing strategy.The third is the value of social benefits.The current situation of industry competition can be seen from the current situation of marketing personnel of KM Telecom company.In view of the unhealthy competition atmosphere in the industry such as vicious competition,the conclusion of pressure research can advocate the society to create a good social business environment and reduce internal friction. |
