| With the rapid development of economy and urbanization in Kunming city,driving has become the main way for urban residents to travel,followed by parking and parking charging problems have become the people’s livelihood pain and development bottleneck of Kunming City."Parking charge in Kunming,in the face of chaos","low traffic efficiency",and "+" ETC,the development trend of industrial convergence research to push the ETC toll system in the application of urban parking scenario,for meet the needs of the people parking efficient,convenient travel goals and improve urban traffic comprehensive service ability is of great significance.Taking Kunming Parking management platform as the research perspective,this paper firstly optimized the overall structure,functional structure and data flow of parking lot ETC charging system based on the current situation of parking lot in Kunming and the demand analysis of ETC charging system.To realize the organic link between parking lot charging system and existing ETC management platform,so as to meet the functional requirements,technical requirements and performance requirements of parking lot application ETC charging system.Secondly,emphatically analyzed the parking lot application ETC charging system may face the driveway system information standardization,charge distribution and settlement compliance and system safety,on the basis of study and put forward "the front driveway system","compliance and distribution and settlement system structure","system safety design" implement of system application.Finally,the specific path of system application implementation is proposed from the aspects of project planning,work organization,project implementation and safeguard measures,and RC property parking lot is taken as an example to verify the application of ETC charging system according to the research results of parking lot application.The examples prove that the application of ETC charging system in parking lots can effectively achieve the goals of "charging without parking,efficient and convenient traffic" and "reducing operating costs and improving management efficiency",which is of great significance to promote Kunming city to improve comprehensive traffic service capacity and drive intelligent transformation and development. |
