Research On Inventory Management Optimization For Z Company

With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,the acceleration of economic construction and the increasingly fierce market competition,especially at a time when the cost of raw materials and human costs are rising,inventory management ability has become an enterprise.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the problem of inventory management.Taking Z company as an example,this paper focuses on the analysis of the problems presented in the enterprise’s inventory management at present,and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen inventory management in combination with the current actual development characteristics,so as to better improve the capital turnover efficiency of the enterprise,improve the operation efficiency and profitability of the enterprise,and then realize the sustainable,stable and healthy development of the enterprise.If an enterprise wants to maintain high profitability,it should attach great importance to inventory management and reduce the average capital occupation level of the enterprise by implementing correct management methods,improve the circulation speed of inventory and the turnover rate of total assets,and ultimately improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.The research in this paper is helpful to improve the inventory turnover rate and inventory control ability of Z Company,and also hopes to have certain reference value for inventory management of other textile manufacturing enterprises.
