The optimal utilization of agricultural land under the background of green growth is an important basis for my country’s sustainable development, food security and the goal of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking in the future.Research on the optimal utilization of agricultural land based on this background will help to achieve rapid economic development and promote rural revitalization on the basis of protecting the ecological quality of agricultural land. This research mainly innovates from the perspective of perspective and indicators.Taking green growth as a research perspective, adding green growth indicators to agricultural land use efficiency, using agricultural land use data from2011 to 2020,and evaluating agricultural land use efficiency based on SBM-U model and SBM-U-Malmquist index model Research. On this basis,Tobit regression model combined with LMDI factor decomposition model was used to analyze various factors affecting agricultural land use efficiency. The results show:(1)The input and output of agricultural land use in my country is unbalanced, which is contrary to the requirements of ecological civilization construction. While the labor force in my country’s agricultural land use system continues to decrease, the total mechanical power continues to increase, which to a certain extent makes up for the lack of labor force, but it also leads to an increase in land use carbon emissions, making input and output unbalanced.(2)The static agricultural land use efficiency in the study area fluctuates in a "W" shape.Through the continuous adjustment of factor input and output, the agricultural land use efficiency has improved, but the DEA is generally ineffective. The total factor productivity index of agricultural land utilization showed a fluctuating growth trend as a whole from 2011 to 2020,and its changes were caused by technical efficiency and technological progress.(3)The average carbon emissions per land and the degree of damage to agricultural land will reduce the efficiency of agricultural land use, while the level of agricultural mechanization per land, the level of agricultural economic development, the level of agricultural power infrastructure and the per capita sown area will increase the efficiency of agricultural land use.(4)In the decomposition of the carbon emission effect of agricultural land use,the land use intensity per unit of GDP will obviously inhibit the carbon emission of agricultural land use.Increase total carbon emissions.(5)Optimization strategies for agricultural land use based on green growth: First, increase investment in agricultural science and technology to promote the development of green technology;second, improve the level of agricultural mechanization and promote green agricultural machinery;third, change land use methods and increase farmers’ overall income;fourth,Speed up the construction of agricultural infrastructure and improve the agricultural security system;Fifth, adjust the structure of agricultural land use and reduce carbon emissions from agricultural land use;Sixth, use land in an intensive and economical way,and increase the intensity of land use per unit of GDP.
