Synergistic Development Of Knowledge-Intensive Business Service And High-tech Manufacturing Industry In China

Under the new requirements of China’s economic transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development,high-tech manufacturing industry still faces problems such as "fast but not strong" and "lack of screen" and so on.With the deepening of social division of labor,knowledge-intensive business service gradually becomes independent from the inside of manufacturing industry,and its characteristics of high knowledge,high added value and high innovation make it naturally synergistic with high-tech manufacturing industry.Therefore,the coordinated development of the two industries has become an important way to break through the current dilemma of China’s industrial development and achieve high-quality industrial development.In order to realize the synergistic development of the two major industries,this thesis explains the reasons for the synergistic development,analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the development of the two industries,and empirically calculates the synergistic degree and the impact path of the two industries.Firstly,this thesis defines the connotation of knowledge-intensive service industry and high-tech manufacturing industry,and explains the theoretical basis of their coordinated development from the reasons and internal mechanism.Secondly,it analyzes the development status and shortcomings of the two industries from the aspects of scale and structure characteristics,and analyzes the correlation effect and ripple effect of the two industries with the output-output method.Thirdly,the comprehensive development index system of the two industries is established from four dimensions of scale,structure,growth and development efficiency.Entropy weight method and coupling synergy model are used to measure the comprehensive development index and synergy development level,reveal the interactive characteristics of industries,and analyze the regional differences.Finally,according to the synergistic development theory,the analysis framework of influencing factors of synergistic development was established from three aspects of industry,factors and external environment,and the spatial Dubin model was used to analyze the influencing factors and provide the guarantee strategy for enhancing synergistic effect.The results show that: first,the scale and comprehensive development level of knowledge-intensive service industry are growing obviously,and the development potential is great;The comprehensive development level of high-tech manufacturing industry fluctuates,and progress is made while maintaining stability in development quality.Second,the degree of synergistic development of the two industries is deepening,and the spatial pattern of synergistic development is constantly optimized,but the overall degree of synergistic development is low,and the regional imbalance is obvious.From 2010 to 2019,a total of 11 provinces and cities have reached a higher level of collaborative development,but at the same time,more than half of them are still in the primary stage of collaborative development,mainly concentrated in the western region.Thirdly,there is a significant positive spatial correlation between the synergies of the two industries,showing a significant spatial spillover effect.The scale of industrial development,the scale of service industry,the level of scientific and technological innovation,the level of human capital,the level of economic development and the level of government support can all promote the synergistic development of the two industries.Among them,the scale of service industry and the level of economic development have a significant positive spillover effect on the synergistic degree of the two industries in surrounding provinces and cities,the level of technological innovation and government support have a negative spillover effect to some extent.Based on the above research results,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions: First,construct the operation mode and functional platform of collaborative mechanism in accordance with the characteristics of China’s industry and region,improve the interaction mechanism,and achieve collaborative development;Second,increase investment in technological innovation,strengthen the construction of fiscal and tax policy system;Third,strengthen talent introduction and training level,cultivate the awareness of collaborative development,improve the quality of talent.
