Research On The Whole Process Cost Control Of CE Electric Power Engineering Company

In order to cope with climate change,China has put forward the solemn goal of"striving to peak CO2 emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060".Thermal power plants are gradually withdrawing from the historical stage,and the power generation industry has been gradually losing its advantages.If power generation enterprises want to survive,they must make adjustment in their own structure for the transformation and business upgrading into the non-electric field.During the process of transformation and engaging to the competitive projects,power generation enterprises must stick to the principle of whole process cost control for the optimization of project cost control to cope with new challenges and achieve new strategic goals by taking the route of cost refinement management.This paper consists of six parts,the first part is the introduction,the second part is the theoretical foundation and literature review,the third part is about the major problems found in project cost control of CE,the fourth part is the analysis of the causes of problems existing in CE cost control,the fifth part is cost control countermeasures of CE,The sixth part is the research conclusion and prospect outlook.This thesis,firstly,describes the theoretical basis on which the problems are raised and analyzed,and then analyzes the project cost control situation of CE Company:the invalidity of target cost prior to project implementation,the incompletion of target cost subjects,the deviation of target cost level from market actual situation,actual cost exceeding target cost,incompetency of design management,the immaturity of procurement mechanism and the weakness of subcontracting control.These three factors have a serious impact on the project cost control.During the calculation of project cost,the data sources are not reasonably aligned leading to the accuracy of project cost analysis.The project cost review systems are not well established and also manpower are not sufficiently supplemented,which.
