Study On The Current Situation Of Rural Endowment Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the gradual improvement of people’s living standards and the continuous improvement of domestic medical level,the number of the elderly population has increased significantly.According to the statistical data of the seventh national population census,the proportion of the elderly aged 60 and over in rural areas in China was 23.81%,7.99 percentage points higher than that in cities and towns;In China,the proportion of the elderly aged 65 and above in the rural population is 17.72%,6.61 percentage points higher than that in cities and towns.It can be seen from the above data that the problem of providing for the aged in rural areas has become a very serious problem facing China.Dealing with the problem of providing for the aged of farmers is not only related to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,but also related to the basic life of each of us.The strategic plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)clearly puts forward "to further improve the basic old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents,accelerate the establishment of a mechanism for determining the basic old-age insurance benefits of urban and rural residents and the normal adjustment of basic old-age pension standards" and "to improve the rural old-age service capability".Rural Revitalization not only puts forward new requirements for rural old-age pension,but also provides new opportunities for rural old-age pension.Through the investigation,research and analysis of the current situation of the elderly care in rural areas of C District of L City,this paper combs the research results of domestic and foreign literature related to the elderly care in rural areas,systematically analyzes the problems of the elderly care in rural areas through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview,combined with the "care quadrilateral" theory and social support theory,deeply analyzes the causes behind the problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The pension problems of the rural elderly in C District of L City are mainly manifested in the limited economic sources of the rural elderly,the lack of living care for the rural elderly,and the lack of spiritual comfort for the rural elderly.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward the measures to solve the rural elderly care problems in C District of L City: consolidating the economic foundation of rural elderly care,establishing a multi pillar security system,improving the rural medical system,improving the level of public health services,paying attention to enriching the spiritual elderly care,etc.,hoping to provide a reference for better solving the rural elderly care problems and let the rural elderly have a happy old age.This paper focuses on the current situation of rural elderly care,deeply analyzes the current situation of rural elderly care and the problems faced by the elderly in C District of L City,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the rural elderly to live a happy life,explores the all-round and multi-level path of rural prosperity and development,and lays a solid foundation for the overall revitalization of the countryside.
