| With the deepening of reform and opening-up,the economy of China has developed rapidly.China’s export scale has been expanding,and China’s economy has basically realized the transformation from closed to open.Under the background of the new normal of economic development,the operating environment of China’s industry has also changed greatly,the trade structure has been improved,and the competitive export commodities have been gradually upgraded from traditional labor-intensive products to products with independent intellectual property rights and high-tech.However,from the level of the overall trade export structure,the proportion has not been fully upgraded.In recent years,with the rapid development of the world Internet industry,Internet information technology has penetrated into all fields of today’s society with its unique advantages,and has a far-reaching impact on domestic and international trade."Internet+" combines the emerging Internet with traditional trade,promotes the continuous rise of China’s export trade scale,and provides a solid foundation and new development opportunities for the high-tech products exportation.Based on the above background,this paper takes the impact of Internet development on high-tech products export trade as the research theme.Based on the analysis and summary of the research results of scholars at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the trend of Internet development,the development characteristic of high-tech products export trade,and the specific mechanism of the impact of Internet development on high-tech products export trade,put forward the research hypothesis that the development of Internet affects the high-tech products export trade.Then,according to the research hypothesis and mechanism,China’s high-tech products export trade index is taken as the explained variable,the entropy weight method score of Internet index is taken as the core explanatory variable,and foreign direct investment,internal expenditure of research and experimental development funds,investment in fixed assets of the whole society,number of employees and average years of education are taken as the control variables,and collect the public data of 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2020,build a panel model and conduct empirical regression.The regression results show that the development of Internet has a significant impact on the increasing of high-tech products export trade.Finally,the paper draws economic enlightenment and conclusions based on the empirical research,and puts forward policy suggestions to promote the increasing of high-tech products export trade,such as increasing the construction of Internet infrastructure,encouraging independent research and development of high-tech products,improving the level and quality of education,strengthening national strategy support and standardizing the consumer goods market. |
