Research On Optimization Of Food Safety Supervision In Online Catering Service In X District Of Z City

With the development and popularity of internet technology and the transformation of the catering industry model to digital,the industry has ushered in broader development prospects and the volume of transactions continues to grow rapidly.The new industry is bound to create new situations and problems,and the repeated exposure of problems such as black workshops and the use of cheap cooking packs is a wake-up call for food safety.The frequent occurrence of food safety problems in online catering services has placed greater demands on government supervision.How to ensure people’s food safety in the network catering through the optimization of government regulation has become an important part of public management research.Based on the actual situation of food safety of online catering services in District X of City Z,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons existing in government supervision of food safety of online catering services through empirical investigations.The problems of government supervision include: First,the lack of coordination between the regulatory agencies;Second,the poor regulatory effects due to industry irregularities:Third,it is difficult to accurately grasp regulatory information;Fourth,there are regulatory blind spots in the processing,packaging,and distribution links;Fifth,consumer rights and interests are difficult to effectively protect.The existence of the above problems should be analyzed from three dimensions:supervision subject,object and mode of supervision.The main reasons are:the supervision department has not formed a linkage mechanism;the online catering service food safety supervision force is insufficient;the third-party platform is not strictly controlled;business entities are wide in scope and large in quantity,with strong concealment;there are many new supervision links for online catering services;backward technical means of supervision;the regulatory model changes slowly.The optimization of government supervision on food safety of online catering services in District X of City Z should be promoted from the following aspects:First,improve relevant laws and regulations,establish a complete legal system for food safety in online catering services,and supervise in accordance with the law to lead the healthy development of online catering;Second,strengthen the construction of the supervision system,in particular,strengthen the supervision power of food safety in grass-roots online catering service.Promote the construction of supervision information,and build a credit supervision system;The third is to implement the dynamic supervision of the whole process,specifically to strengthen the supervision of the raw material procurement,and promote the implementation of " Internet plus bright Kitchen",fully standardize the packaging and distribution links;The fourth is to guide the formation of a social co-governance pattern,strengthen supervision and cooperation with third-party platforms,improve the efficiency of consumer rights protection,and establish a sound supervision and reporting mechanism.
