With the improvement of living standards,people are paying more and more attention to food safety,and the focus on diet has already evolved from "Be enough to eat" to "Be good to eat".The development of the Internet economy has driven the development of the online catering industry.The new format of online catering has been rapidly adapted to the contemporary fast-paced life due to its convenience.It gradually takes the place of ordering takeout by calling,quickly integrating into people's lives,especially young people.However,while the development of the online catering industry has brought convenience to the people,it has also brought many problems.When more and more online catering food problems have been exposed and discovered,we find that the traditional catering food safety supervision model has difficulty in completely controling online catering food safety.How to supervise the online catering food safety to let people eat at ease,has become the focus of social attention.In this paper,by constructing the theoretical framework of customer satisfaction index,using the methods of literature data method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and regression analysis method,I study the satisfaction of citizens' online food safety supervision in Lianping County,Guangdong Province.Through the investigation and analysis of the satisfaction of citizens 'online food safety supervision,find out the important factors that affect the citizens' food safety satisfaction,explore and optimize the measures proposed for online food safety supervision to improve the quality of online food safety supervision,and maintain the public Online food safety.Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,the main factors affecting the satisfaction of citizens' online catering food safety supervision are the image of the regulatory department,the perception of the quality of supervision,and policy recognition.At this stage,the main problems of online catering food safety supervision are as follows.First,it is difficult to supervise the packaging and distribution of food.Second,the quantity's gap of law enforcement personnel and the main body of online catering is too large,and it is difficult for law enforcement personnel to use the existing supervision methods to do online food safety supervision well.Third,the methods of supervision lack innovation,mostly staying in the stage of traditional catering industry,causing many regulatory dead ends.Fourth,the supervision of third-party platforms is difficult.Fifth,the lack of "private kitchen" supervision.The research of the thesis believes that by building a professional,efficient and high-quality law enforcement team to promote the construction of a service-oriented government and enhance the image of the government in the hearts of the public.It is necessary to strengthen the system-level protection of online catering and food safety supervision by improving relevant laws and regulations of online catering and food safety supervision and strengthening legislation.It is necessary to improve the market access of online catering operators and third-party platforms,improve industry standards,establish scientific supervision methods,give full play to social forces,and promote the participation of the whole society in the supervision of online food safety.Improve the quality of supervision.
