| With the rapid growth of social economy and the continuous expansion of urbanization scale in Changchun,the urban population increases sharply year by year,and the demand for urban transportation travel is increasing.However,at present,the supply and development of public transportation can not catch up with the growth rate of traffic demand.This contradiction between supply and demand leads to more and more serious traffic congestion,which seriously affects the quality of people’s travel by public transportation.Public transport,as a very important part of urban public utilities,is also an important urban infrastructure.It not only facilitates the travel of urban residents,but also provides an important thrust for urban economic growth.Therefore,this paper makes a specific study on the relevant public transport congestion problems,finds out the Countermeasures for the treatment of public transport congestion,realizes the development countermeasures of safe,convenient,fast and high-quality public transport in Changchun,and promotes the sustainable development of public transport in Changchun.Using the methods of literature research and case study,this paper introduces the current situation and congestion characteristics of public transport in Changchun by taking public transport in Changchun as an example,focuses on the problems and related causes of public transport congestion in Changchun,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to optimize the management of public transport congestion in Changchun by combining public transport demand theory and public governance theory,and referring to relevant methods of public transport congestion management at home and abroad,First,deepen the reform of public transport management system in Changchun;Second,implement the integrated planning of Changchun and improve the construction of transportation infrastructure;Third,optimize vehicle allocation and guide traffic demand;Fourth,build a "smart transportation" management platform to improve the service management level;Fifth,establish a mixed financial subsidy model to promote the sustainable development of public transport.This paper provides theoretical support for accelerating the transformation of government functions in Changchun and further promoting the construction of service-oriented government,and has a certain reference significance for public traffic congestion control in other second tier cities. |
