Research On The Willingness And Influencing Factors Of The Staff Of The First Division Of Corps To Invest In Production And Management After Land Right Confirmation

The XPCC has granted its employees with a more formal,clear and complete right to contract and manage state-owned agricultural land,which is a key factor for employees engaged in agricultural production.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the employees’willingness to invest in state-owned agricultural land production and operation and the influencing factors after the right is confirmed,and to publicize and guide them,in order to enhance the employees’enthusiasm in production and operation investment,to give full play to the corps’land use effectiveness,to meet the diversified production needs of employees,and to promote the development of corps’regiment farm economy.Based on a large number of literature review,this paper can see from the relevant theories of land ownership confirmation that the stability of land ownership stimulates the initiative and creativity of employees in agricultural production and operation,and improves their enthusiasm in land production and operation.In the status quo of land equaling corps division and state-owned agricultural land management through analysis of the input conditions,determine the research mentality and the research content of this article,through the design of the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,the production and operation of decision makers to the worker characteristics,worker family characteristics,in agricultural production and operation situation and production efficiency,earnings have a certain understanding.Worker production inputs will select the land into wills,organic fertilizer use,agricultural machinery investment intention as the main research object,and use the survey data,the worker production and business operation in the various characteristics of the cross analysis the willingness and worker and binary logit regression model is set up research land approval after the worker is the production and business operation in the influencing factors of the willingness and On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions of agricultural production and management input of the staff of the first division of the Corps are put forward.According to the regression results of binary Logit model,annual household income level,irrigation conditions,land use method,training satisfaction,expected price of agricultural products,market sales prospect,and future risk response ability have a positive impact on the total investment intention of cotton plantation workers.The negative effects were gender,land fertility and land distance.From the perspective of the intention of each specific input factor,the land use method and training satisfaction have a positive impact on the intention of land transfer.Irrigation conditions,training satisfaction,market sales prospect and future ability to deal with risks had positive influence on willingness to use organic fertilizer.There is a negative impact on cattle and sheep breeding,land fertility.The intention to use chemical fertilizer has a positive impact on the main income of agriculture,training satisfaction,market sales prospect,future risk response ability;There is a negative impact on cattle and sheep breeding,land fertility.Raising cattle and sheep,land fertility and training satisfaction had positive influence on agricultural machinery input.According to the relevant results,policy suggestions are put forward to guide employees to invest in land production and operation,and promote the work after the right confirmation more scientifically and effectively.
