Comparative Analysis Of Economic And Trade Between China And Uzbekistan And Research On Cooperation Mode

One belt,one road initiative,China and Uzbekistan have a long history of communication.The scale and depth of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries have been expanding.Starting from the current situation of economic and trade cooperation between China and Uzbekistan,this paper discusses in detail the scale,structure and cooperation mode of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries,comprehensively summarizes the problems of economic and trade cooperation between China and Uzbekistan,and deeply analyzes the causes of relevant problems.Finally,after fully learning from the advanced practices of China Russia’s bilateral economic and trade cooperation mode.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote China and Uzbekistan’s economic upgrading and development.According to this research idea,the following research conclusions are obtained:First,from 2012 to 2018,although the bilateral trade between China and Uzbekistan experienced a short decline and twists and turns,it showed an upward trend as a whole.In the past seven years,the total bilateral trade growth rate between China and Uzbekistan reached 118.05%,with an average annual growth rate of 16.86%.The economic and trade cooperation between China and Uzbekistan became closer and closer.At the same time,in the bilateral trade cooperation between Uzbekistan and China,Uzbekistan has been in the position of trade deficit for a long time,and the inequality of bilateral trade between China and Uzbekistan tends to expand.Second,the bilateral trade structure between China and Uzbekistan is unreasonable.On the one hand,the level of trade cooperation between the two sides is relatively low,mainly industrially manufactured products and raw materials,and there is less cooperation in the field of high technology and emerging technologies.On the other hand,the added value of Uzbekistan’s export products to China is low,and the added value of imported products is relatively high,which has a scissors effect.This has also directly led to Uzbekistan’s long-term trade deficit with China.Third,China and Uzbekistan have strengthened political mutual trust,rapid economic development and a good foundation for political and economic cooperation.Moreover,the economic development of China and Uzbekistan is highly complementary,which can give full play to their respective comparative advantages,so that both sides can win in economic and trade cooperation,and the trade prospect between China and Uzbekistan is clear.Fourth,at present,the model of bilateral trade between China and Uzbekistan is mainly commodity trading and Chinese enterprises’ investment in Uzbekistan.The mode of trade cooperation between the two countries is relatively single.This paper points out the shortcomings of trade between China and Uzbekistan in the emerging stage,including relatively small trade scale,unreasonable trade structure,single economic and trade cooperation mode,and relatively poor investment and trade environment in Uzbekistan.Based on the current situation of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries and fully drawing on the advanced experience of China Russia economic and trade cooperation model,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the further development of bilateral economy and Trade: first,we should continuously improve the development scale of bilateral trade through deepening cooperation;Second,we should continuously improve the structure of bilateral trade by expanding the depth of cooperation;Third,expand the mode of economic and trade cooperation by actively promoting the construction of industrial parks,strengthening the cooperation construction of key projects,strengthening the cooperation in the financial field and the construction of tourism integration;Fourth,continuously improve the investment environment of Uzbekistan and attract more Chinese enterprises to invest in Uzbekistan.
