In the past decade,with the rise of domestic auto brands,the global auto market competition is becoming more and more fierce.According to statistics,the operating income of automobile manufacturing industry in 2020 reached8.156 trillion yuan,accounting for 8% of the national GDP in the same year.Automobile stamping parts enterprises also develop with the prosperity of the automobile industry.At present,the car body is made of various sheet metal by welding and assembling,and these parts are produced by stamping.In an automobile,more than 60% of the parts are stamping parts,and the procurement cost of stamping parts accounts for more than 60% of the total cost.Therefore,the reduction of the procurement cost of stamping parts will effectively reduce the cost of automobile manufacturers and improve the profit space.H company is an emerging hot stamping supporting manufacturer closely following the automobile o EMS,mainly producing automotive exterior safety parts,such as A-pillar,anti-collision beam and other hot forming stamping products.In the direction of automotive development,towards lightweight and intelligent development.However,the production and operation costs of H Company are high,and the sales profit is meager.With the increase of business and the development of the company,the gross profit decreases,from 13% at the highest to less than 8% now,and the main engine factory has no competitiveness at all in the bidding of new projects.In the face of market and customer pressure,how to optimize enterprise procurement cost and increase enterprise competitiveness has become an imminent problem for H Company.In the process of analyzing the current situation of H company’s procurement cost management,this paper found that H Company’s procurement cost management has problems such as lack of professional procurement personnel,high procurement cost in the design stage,high inventory cost,unstable suppliers,single procurement channel and so on.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of H company’s procurement cost management through OKR management method,ABC classification method,five forces model and other methods.The implementation of the optimization program has a very obvious cost reduction effect.The procurement cost of some parts has been reduced by 16.42%,inventory stagnation has decreased,inventory costs have been reduced,and the bargaining means and advantages of purchasers have increased.The research on the optimization of procurement cost management of H Company is expected to be helpful to the procurement cost management of other auto parts enterprises,solve certain practical problems and promote the benign development of the industry.
