Companies only continue to improve their competitiveness and economic efficiency, in order to survive in the increasingly fierce market competition, develop and grow, form their own unique competitive advantage. Modern enterprise management theory is generally considered the first profit source is achieved by improving the production process。Reduce the consumption of raw materials; increase sales, improve sales profit is the second source of profits. Strengthening procurement management, reduce procurement costs, from the cost of procurement and procurement management to obtain higher profits is the third profit source. Generally, each enterprise will attach importance to the two profit sources, and tend to ignore the third profit source, but in today’s fierce competition market environment, a business to grow and develop the third profit source to be effective is especially important. Most foreign companies have already improved enterprise supply chain as "the third profit source" vigorously developing, supply chain management has become increasingly important, especially in the supply chain, procurement management. Multinational manufacturing company in China earlier commitment to research and innovation procurement model, proposed and implemented strategy cooperation partnership relation mode and the "extended enterprise" mode of innovation in traditional management ideologically integrated supply chain management thinking. Between the internal and chain node enterprise business is seen as an integral function of the process, the formation of integrated supply chain management system. Information and modern management techniques, organic integration of the three elements of the person concerned in the process of production and operation, technical, management and optimization of the run. Effective control and coordination of the flow of information on the process of production and operation, the material flow and decision‐making flow, the organically integrate internal and external supply chain management, global dynamic optimal target. To adapt to the new competitive environment, the market for the production and management process is with high‐quality, high flexibility and low cost requirements, we therefore need the integrated supply chain management. The innovative procurement management model study has important reference to China local automotive part manufacturers who are with a certain production scale but still with traditional procurement management model.In this paper, seriously collected on the basis of the supply chain procurement management theory, research and analysis of a manufacturing auto parts enterprises in China KASZ procurement management model,based on the idea of supply chain procurement management, and the analysis of current situation and problems in KASZ from the areas of procurement procedure, supplier management model, supplier relationship management, current procurement system and organization. Then propose a number of policies and measures to strengthen procurement management, in order to improve the procurement management level, reduce procurement costs, increase business profits. It also provides some valuable reference to multinational manufacturing companies in China and domestic auto parts enterprises to optimize their procurement management.
