| Digital and Internet technology,the development and popularization of mobile terminal traditional cash payments for consumers to buy consumption pattern,has brought new changes to cause significant damage to the survival and development of traditional retailing.If traditional retail wants to keep up with the pace of the new era of economic development,consumption pattern transformation is imminent.New retail model can actively build good ecosystem,and break the gap of online sales model and offline sales model.At the same time,on the basis of offline and online positive interaction,the new retail flows rate for both of the order of magnitude of potential clients,achieving a win-win situation.Wufulin supermarket in Huinan county is a typical traditional retail enterprise.The transformation of the new retail model will bring new development opportunities for Wufulin supermarket.In this paper,based on a new retail,enters,sells and savings of retail,customer relationship management(CRM)and SWOT analysis theory,using literature analysis,field interviews and questionnaire survey research methods,this article sets out from the new retail environment,and selects the Wufulin supermarket,the symbol of traditional retail trade,as an object.Firstly,we analyze the present situation and the new retail transformation basis,Through the existing purchase channels and inventory mode,operating categories and pricing mode,the current retail and promotion methods,the current customer base and customer relationship management are described in detail to introduce the operating status of Wufulin supermarket;analyze the relevant development situation about the new retail of Huinan and Wufulin supermarket,customers’ mobile payment and mobile phone application ability,current information system and Internet application and employees’ internet,information technology and intelligent equipment application ability analysis.In addition,we present the transformation basis of the supermarket transferring to the new supermarket retail;Secondly,through SWOT analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Wufulin Supermarket,a new retail model suitable for the current transformation of Wufulin supermarket is selected to enter the e-commerce local living platform to carry out the delivery of goods;Finally,the connection,promotion planning and implementation methods of the new retail model of taking out goods on the selected e-commerce local living platform and the current operation and management model are demonstrated in detail.In this paper,we make the summary analysis based on Wufulin supermarket’s transformation model,study the direction of the transformation of existing business model to the new retail model,and provide the reference for enterprise in the traditional retail industry,which needs to learn the new retail model from Wufulin supermarket,so as to boost the development of the industry in the entity retail. |
