E-commerce and traditional retail cannot completely replace each other forconvergence of both into a new trend of modern retail. O2O is exactly the kind ofinnovative model which will integrate the online and offline. In this paper, thetransformation of the traditional retail business model combined with O2O, for we cantake full advantage of traditional retail business to develop the e-commerce. At present,the emphasis and difficulty of traditional retail business transformation are focus onlogistics problems, and this paper attempts to use the traditional retail business storeswhich throughout the country to build a logistics network under the O2O mode. Forrestructuring the traditional retail business and optimizing the logistics network toprovide new ideas.Firstly, it reviews of the related literatures in this paper both from here and abroadon the traditional retail business transformation, logistics network path planning andlogistics network service ability measurement etc. We identify the focus of this paperthrough analysis of the current outstanding problems in traditional retail businesslogistics network planning.Secondly, in connection with the traditional retail business transformation, this papercarries out a feasibility and necessity analysis. Thus we determine the overall frameworkof the logistics network with the traditional retail stores. We identify the function of eachmodule logistics network and optimize the operational processes of the logistics networkunder the O2O mode.Thirdly, for time has proved to be key to the traditional retail business branding, thispaper constructs the logistics network path planning model with the improved DijkstraAlgorithm and improves the accuracy of the results. At the same time, for transit networkwe build the optimal service ability measure model, thus obtain the best service ability.Finally, we test the validity of the logistics network path planning model and theoptimal service ability measure model with a case.
