Research On Optimization Of Agricultural Project Management Process Of P Company

In recent years,as the economic situation at home and abroad has become more severe,the market competition has begun to enter a white-hot stage.Due to the soaring prices of raw materials,the cost advantage of the domestic manufacturing industry has been reduced every year,and company management team are under great pressure from market changes.In order to meet the needs of internal R&D testing,provide better marketing solutions,and develop new industries,the management team of Company P started to develop agricultural projects under this background.However,the management cycle of agricultural projects is longer and involves more departments than other projects,so agricultural projects put forward higher requirements for professional management skills.How to optimize the current project management process of Company P to solve the problems encountered by the Company in terms of internal and external resources,inter-departmental linkage,and project management expertise is the primary goal that Company P needs to solve at present.This paper introduces the origin and development of modern project management and the method of process optimization by consulting and studying the research of relevant experts and scholars at home and abroad in project management and process optimization,combined with the characteristics of agricultural projects.Taking the agricultural project management of the soilless cultivation planting container manufacturing enterprise P company as the background,through the analysis and grasp of the problems and reasons of the agricultural project management process of the P company,this paper has done optimization research on some parts,optimizing the management process in the stages of project initiation,execution,and acceptance,and using the earned value management method to verify the new project.In the process of optimizing the agricultural project management process of Company P,advanced and excellent management theories and methods such as "Project Management Theory","Process Optimization Theory" and "SDCA Cycle Method" are applied in work practice to make project management scientific Performance and efficiency are improved.If the above agricultural project management process optimization plan is to be truly implemented and achieve the expected goals,a series of safeguard measures are still required.Therefore,this paper further discusses the guarantee measures required in the implementation process of the above improvement plan from the aspects of management support,system construction,staff training,IT system building and so on.Finally,the results of the optimization process of the new project are summarized,and it is sincerely hoped that the research in this paper can provide some reference value and help for the management of agricultural projects.
