Research On Public Parking Management In Liaoyuan City

Along with our country comprehensive national strength from strength to strength,economic strength is becoming more and more strong,people’s material life level is higher,the vision of a better life more and more strong,with the vigorous development of the auto industry,large and small city’s growing naturally,is also a big increase in demand for parking Spaces,the contradiction between supply and demand of public parking problem gradually become a modern society.The problem of "difficult parking" is closely related to people,affecting People’s Daily life,so it is particularly important to coordinate public parking management.Although the parking management problems in small cities are not as serious as those in big cities,with the construction and development of small cities,the problems of public parking management have begun to emerge.Therefore,by drawing lessons from the parking management experience of large and medium-sized cities,the status quo and causes of public parking management problems in small cities are analyzed,and the optimization path is proposed.It is of great significance to the parking management in small cities.This article through to the present situation of the small cities and other public parking space research,through on-the-spot investigation,interview and so on investigation and study,and explore the method of analysis of specific cases,the integrated use of government intervention theory and public goods theory and public choice theory,combing and other public parking management present situation,summarizes the specific reasons,And put forward specific targeted solutions,and finally summed up the conclusion of this paper.Based on the actual investigation and actual cases,this paper introduces the main problems of public parking management in Liaoyuan city in detail.First,the planning and construction of parking facilities are in short supply;Second,no one cares about parking in old residential areas;Three is the road inside the road outside the phenomenon of illegal stop repeatedly banned;Fourth,the existing mode of green travel is unsustainable.Through the use of government intervention theory,public choice theory and public goods theory,from the perspective of the government to analyze the main causes of the problem.First,there are shortcomings in government planning and construction;Second,the government’s comprehensive management of the old community is inadequate;Third,the supervision department is not enough to regulate parking;Fourth,the government does not attach much importance to green travel.Finally,according to the analysis of the reasons and the actual situation of Liaoyuan city,put forward specific optimization path with certain applicability.First,implement policy planning to increase parking supply in advance;Second,promote urban renewal and plan parking berths reasonably;Thirdly,optimizing supervision mode and strengthening parking order management;Fourth,strengthen policy guidance to boost urban green travel.The conclusion of this paper,through exploring the problems of public parking management in Liaoyuan City,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems,and provides a reference sample for solving the problems of public parking management in small cities.
