| The times are progressing.In recent years,most industries are facing great pressure,including the food industry.Qiaqia Food Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Qiaqia food)is a modern snack food enterprise integrating independent research and development,large-scale production and sales.It was unexpectedly left behind by three squirrels Co.,Ltd.and liangpin Store Co.,Ltd.,which were just listed,including Haoxiang Health Food Co.,Ltd.,Yanjin Store Co.,Ltd.and Shanghai laiyifen Co.,Ltd.The management models of these companies are worth learning from food companies.In order to gain more market share and gain a firm foothold in the market,Qiaqia food is indispensable to improve its own operating capacity.It is necessary to learn from the benchmarking enterprises.It will be very important for the operation and management of the company to improve the operating capacity of the enterprise.Based on the value chain theory of internal and external value chain,this paper analyzes the operating capacity of Qiaqia food company by stages.According to the value chain structure,the main body is divided into procurement,production,marketing,upstream suppliers and downstream customers.Combined with the benchmarking company,the operating capacity of Qiaqia food is analyzed and evaluated through horizontal comparison,vertical comparison,factor substitution and other analysis methods.It is further found that the operating capacity of Qiaqia food has both advantages and disadvantages: Qiaqia food has a high repayment ability,and timely repayment can better enhance the reputation of the enterprise;The turnover rate of inventory goods is high and the liquidity is strong;However,Qiaqia food also has some problems,such as high proportion of raw materials,less use of supplier funds,long R & D cycle,serious inventory backlog,and scattered suppliers and customers.Finally,the suggestions for the problems of Qiaqia food’s operating capacity are as follows: make the information public,make full and reasonable use of the commercial credit of accounts payable,optimize the production process,reduce the inventory backlog,implement the supplier classification management,etc.It is hoped that the analysis of the operating capacity of Qiaqia food based on the value chain can provide a reference for the entire food and beverage industry to improve the operating capacity of the company and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. |
