The Research And Application Of Benchmarking In The Electric Power Supply Enterprise

The essence of benchmarking is the comparison of index with other same type enterprises.The management problems which behind these index can be found through benchmarking. In this way, enterprises can improve the level of management and achieve sustainable development ultimately. With the development of the company became faster and faster, the benchmarking face three main problem:How to let the benchmarking to catch up with the progress of enterprise development; How to solve the problem of the various groups cooperation; How to let the benchmarking going more deeply, and then become the essence of corporate development process requirements, also include the international practice.The research conducted in this paper mainly related to the key indicators. This research based on analysis of two parts:the present application of benchmarking in power supply company; the purpose of benchmarking implementation. This paper through the analysis of the key indicators and the relationship itself, present a clear business logic relationship. And then form the key index relation network after the calculation analysis. The network graph can clearly show the correlation between various indicators which helped to carry out analytical work to great extent. Through the scientific method, this paper get several innovations in management idea, management method, management means these three aspect.This paper mainly includes the following research contents:First part, this paper research the present situation from the angle of benchmarking management. The purpose and target also be elaborated based on these situation. The second part, it analysis the problems of benchmarking from the specific angle of electric power enterprises. Through analysis of the various professional and sort of decomposition, this paper make the benchmarking system form a relation network. Third, through this relationship network, this paper pick the key factors to make a deeper analysis, this part include three aspects: software and hardware, internal and external factors and process and key factors. The forth part through the analysis of key indicators, it quantify the effect of the lower unit index upon the head unit. At last, this paper summarized these research and point out the inadequacy. It point out the possible future development direction at the same time.
