Research On Financial Competitiveness Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of LMZ Company

Today’s daily chemical industry system continues to mature,daily chemical market competition is increasingly intensified,increasingly obvious.As an old daily chemical enterprise,LMZ company has been diversified since 2004,and its main business covers real estate,pharmaceutical industry,foreign trade,sugar,toothpaste and so on.Instead of rising,however,diversification has become a drag on the main business.Financial competitiveness is a kind of comprehensive ability that enterprises can make use of various resources efficiently and develop steadily for a long time.Enhancing the financial competitiveness of enterprises is the core of enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary and practical to study the financial competitiveness evaluation and promotion strategies of LMZ company.This paper takes LMZ company as the research object,uses literature research method,comparative analysis method and factor analysis method to evaluate its financial competitiveness,and puts forward countermeasures to improve it.First,through the study and analysis of literature related to financial competitiveness,explore the connotation of financial competitiveness,the factors influencing financial competitiveness,the evaluation of financial competitiveness and the theoretical basis related to it.Secondly,19 specific and operable evaluation indexes were screened out from seven aspects of operating capacity,development capacity,solvency,profitability,basic financial resources,innovation resources and risk management capacity to construct the financial competitiveness evaluation index system of LMZ company.Again,factor analysis was used to rank and compare the 2016-2020 financial competitiveness of LMZ company in both horizontal and vertical aspects.Then,the problems of financial competitiveness of LMZ company 2016-2020 are further explored in depth using the last level indicator layer.Based on the above analysis,it is concluded that the problems of financial competitiveness of LMZ company include: single financial financing strategy of the company,poor scale strength of financial resources,insufficient financial capability,and weak anti-risk capability.Finally,targeted suggestions are given to improve the financial competitiveness of LMZ company,including adjusting the financial strategy,increasing financial resources,improving financial capability,and strengthening risk control ability.
