| Since joining the WTO in 2001,China has entered a new stage of opening up to the outside world,and the scale of manufacturing trade has continued to expand.my country has become the largest country in manufacturing export trade.However,as the demographic dividend is declining,labor-intensive manufacturing has returned to other countries,and manufacturing investment has declined,and many other problems have gradually emerged,my country’s previous processing trade assembly link with low-quality export products seems unsustainable.In addition to the Made in China 2025 strategy and the current "dual cycle" development pattern,technological innovation of enterprises is a powerful measure to meet the national innovation-driven development strategy,and it is also a specific action path to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing export products,which will contribute to the high-quality development of manufacturing.produce a leading role.By combing the existing literature,based on relevant theoretical models and theoretical mechanisms,this paper uses the matching data of Chinese industrial enterprises and customs imports and exports from 2000 to 2013 and the data of 113 manufacturing sub-sectors from 2007 to2018 to empirically test the impact of technological innovation on manufacturing.effect on the quality of export products.This paper first reviews the relevant researches on technological innovation and export product quality at home and abroad,and based on the existing relevant theoretical models,sorts out the overall level of technological innovation and R&D investment status of enterprises in recent years,as well as the changes in the quality of export products of enterprises with various technological levels in the manufacturing industry.,and then put forward the mechanism of the impact of enterprise technological innovation on the quality of export products,and think that the quality of manufacturing export products can be improved by improving production technology and product technology to form relative product advantages.The fixedeffect model,the two-stage least squares method,the substitution variable method and other methods are used to verify,and the manufacturing enterprises are classified according to the technical level to explore the asymmetric effect of technological innovation of enterprises on the quality of export products under different technical levels.Finally,the research conclusion of this paper is drawn.The specific conclusions are as follows: the implementation of technological innovation by enterprises helps to upgrade the quality of manufacturing export products,among which the promotion effect on the quality of export products of hightech enterprises is the strongest,followed by medium and high-tech enterprises,medium and low-tech enterprises,and low-tech enterprises.Expansion analysis shows that innovative city pilots and government subsidies only play a positive role in promoting the types of high-tech enterprises,and the increase in enterprise scale can only improve the quality of export products of low-tech samples.Finally,this paper puts forward targeted and rationalized policy recommendations from the four perspectives of increasing scientific research funding,government subsidies in key and classified areas,promoting the establishment of innovative pilot cities,and enhancing talent introduction and cultivation. |
