At present,China’s manufacturing industry is supporting the global material supply in the post epidemic era with its large volume and complete categories.However,many manufacturing industries are still at the low end of the value chain,which is manifested in the fact that high-end technology R&D and core parts are locked up by manufacturing enterprises in developed economies,and financial risks are easily caused by demand fluctuations.Under the circumstances of relative overcapacity,rising costs and the changing world pattern,there is an urgent need for the upgrading and transformation of China’s manufacturing industry.At the macro level,China’s manufacturing industry should realize the transformation from factor driven to innovation driven and from low-cost competitive advantage to benefit competitive advantage in the future.At the micro level,Chinese manufacturing enterprises need to consolidate manufacturing and solve the production scheduling in pursuit of supply-demand balance.Focusing on micro research problems,based on the combing of relevant literature and the introduction of concepts and methods,firstly,this paper takes H wafer packaging factory as the research object,and deeply analyzes the reasons for the order delay caused by unscientific production scheduling.Secondly,DBR scheduling method is introduced to explain the logic and process of improving production scheduling.Through example simulation and analysis,the superiority of DBR scheduling method is verified.Thirdly,it compares the changes of performance indicators such as yield,bottleneck utilization and production cycle before and after the introduction of DBR scheduling method,in order to verify the scientificity of DBR scheduling method.Finally,it puts forward targeted safeguard measures from the perspective of human resources and enterprise informatization.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The DBR scheduling method based on TOC theory has adaptability to solve the production scheduling problem of H wafer packaging plant.DBR scheduling method can protect bottlenecks and make full use of restrictive resources to achieve the maximum output of wafer packaging companies.(2)In view of limited resources,the design of production scheduling mechanism with buffer as the focus is the key to solve the production scheduling problem of H wafer packaging plant by DBR scheduling method.Therefore,the best scheduling rhythm of the system can be discharged to trigger the feeding plan.(3)Bottleneck performance evaluation emphasizes the effective utilization of overall resource performance,while non bottleneck performance evaluation emphasizes the full cooperation with the management of bottleneck processes.With the scientific combination of scheduling and feeding rhythm,the factory can achieve good performance.Through simulation,it is found that DBR scheduling method can achieve good production performance in manufacturing enterprises with multiple reflux characteristics.Within the acceptable buffer time in the industry,compared with the current CR value ranking method,DBR scheduling method has significantly improved in limiting resource output,production cycle and other performance indicators.The research conclusion provides a reference basis for the later personnel management,information construction,especially production scheduling of the same type of enterprises.
