Shanxian County Of Shandong Province Based On Stakeholder Theory Study On The Sustainable Development Of Rural Tourism In Fulong Lake

As a new type of business that integrates agricultural resource elements,expands farmers’ economic sources and promotes farmers’ continuous income increase,developing rural tourism is an important breakthrough to realize rural revitalization and the most effective way to solve the new "three rural" problems in the new era.If rural tourism scenic spots want to develop sustainably,they must thoroughly study the interest coordination mechanism of rural tourism development,clarify the interest demands of various stakeholders,and then coordinate and alleviate the contradictions and conflicts between them.Because the development of rural tourism will involve a lot of interest subjects,therefore,to ensure the sustainable development of rural tourism,we must effectively coordinate the relationship between different interest subjects.This paper attempts to take the Fulong Lake scenic spot in Shanxian County of Shandong Province as an example,using literature research,field research,field interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to define the conception of the main stakeholders involved in the rural tourism development process of the Fulong Lake scenic spot in Shanxian County of Shandong Province,and sort out the stakeholders and their interest demands.And the status quo of the development of rural tourism in the scenic spot was studied and analyzed,the problems existing in the development of rural tourism in the scenic spot of Fulong Lake in Shanxian county were studied,and the causes of the problems were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.Rich and diverse tourist resources,convenient transportation,there are a lot of local appropriate support policies,is the advantages of Fulong Lake scenic spot development of rural tourism.However,from the perspective of the current situation of the scenic spot,affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,the development of the tourist product structure is unbalanced,supply and demand mismatch,unequal distribution of benefits.By introducing the stakeholder theory,this paper analyzes the appeals and contradictions of the stakeholders in the development of rural tourism scenic spots in Fulong Lake of Shanxian County,and makes an in-depth analysis through the methods of combining questionnaire and statistical analysis.The results show that the stakeholders in the rural tourism development of Fulong Lake scenic spot of Shanxian County are mainly: Tourism enterprises that pursue maximization of economic benefits as their main interests tourists who seek a high-quality rural experience at an affordable price,local government whose main pursuit is to achieve social and economic benefits and drive the development of local economy.Local residents whose main appeal is to improve their living standards.Finally,the author analyzes the conflicts and causes among various interest subjects,and constructs the rural tourism interest coordination mechanism of Shanxian Fulong Lake tourist Attraction in accordance with the principles of equality,openness,justice and sustainable development,starting from four aspects: tourism enterprises,local residents,foreign tourists and local government.Strive to facilitate the sustainable development of rural tourism in Fulong Lake scenic spot in Shanxian County.
