| As China’s economy enters the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,China’s macro economy is leaping from the old normal to the old normal to the new normal,so the regulatory policies for banks have become more detailed,while the downward interest rate leads to the decline of bank profitability,the banking industry is positive to the increasingly severe living environment;China’s Internet economy developing rapidly,commercial Banks further application of Internet technology in the financial field,makes the development of commercial Banks into the Bank4.0 era,this is the nature of Banks,rethink,redesign the future bank business model and business development,is the banking services and emotional banking services to establish good cooperation.No matter how commercial banks develop in such a fierce competitive environment,tellers,as always,are the first person to contact customers at bank outlets,due to the particularity of their own positions.Once the teller cannot get the value in the work for a long time,it will affect the work status.For a long time,it will not only waste the labor cost caused by employee resignation,but also affect the development of the whole network and even the whole bank.The research object of this paper is the tellers of Bank of Gansu Chengguan Subbranch,which comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal scheme of the tellers and studies them,and finally puts forward the optimization countermeasures.Firstly,the relevant theory of performance appraisal was introduced and the literature was summarized.The deficiencies were found out and evaluated according to the current situation of the performance appraisal scheme;Secondly,the bank of Gansu chengguan branch teller performance appraisal scheme,using the questionnaire method and interview method of the current bank of Gansu chenguan branch teller performance appraisal scheme,analyze the problems and reasons,combined with the actual situation,optimize the current teller performance appraisal scheme from performance appraisal method,performance appraisal indicators,performance appraisal cycle and process,performance appraisal communication and feedback,and the application of performance appraisal results,optimize design reasonable and effective,can conform to their own development of performance appraisal scheme;Finally,a series of safeguard measures were put forward for the optimized performance appraisal plan of tellers in Chengguan Branch of Bank of Gansu to ensure the normal implementation of the optimized performance appraisal plan.In order to optimize the service level of bank outlets by optimizing the performance appraisal scheme of tellers,improve the profitability of bank outlets,and promote the healthy development of tellers and bank outlets.It is hoped that this study will help to improve the performance appraisal status of the tellers in the Bank of Gansu Chengguan Branch,Enhance tellers ’sense of identity with their own positions,improve tellers’ satisfaction with performance assessment,and finally complete the assessment target,and provide strong talent support for the future development of Chengguan Branch of Gansu Bank. |
