With the maturity of domestic technology in coal chemical industry,coal to olefins has developed into an industry with strong overall competitiveness.The vigorous development of coal chemical industry plays an important role in China’s sustainable energy development.It plays a positive role in reducing coal pollution and reducing China’s oil dependence on the international market.The demand for polyolefin market is also increasing.The coal chemical industry is facing new development opportunities in China.However,the arrival of China’s carbon peak,carbon neutralization action plan and the implementation of the national ‘dual control of energy consumption ’ policy in2020 indicate that green low-carbon,technological innovation,ecological environmental protection and high-end products will be the main directions for the development of coal chemical industry in the future.ZMMD New Energy Chemical Co.,Ltd.,as a methanol-to-olefin enterprise with fierce competition in the coal chemical industry,is also facing upgrading and transformation.How to choose a high-quality and sustainable development strategy suitable for itself in the current competitive environment has become a problem that cannot be ignored.In view of this,this paper takes ZMMD New Energy Chemical Co.,Ltd.as the research object,based on the basic theory of enterprise strategic management,and uses PEST analysis model,five-force competitiveness model,SWOT matrix and other analytical methods to conduct in-depth research on the development strategy of the company.Firstly,based on an overview of the company ’ s development status,in-depth analysis of the company ’ s development process facing the main problems then,the PEST analysis model and the five-force competitiveness model are used to analyze the domestic and foreign macro environment and industrial environment faced by the company in its development.Finally,the comparative analysis method is used to comprehensively analyze the resources and capacity conditions of the company development.Then the SWOT analysis method is used to determine that the company should implement the vertical integration development strategy in the development strategy,that is,focusing on ’ stock to improve efficiency and incremental transformation ’,strengthening and expanding the existing main industry of methanol to olefins,adhering to the development principle of green low carbon,market orientation and innovation guidance,prudently layout and construction of new projects,promoting product upgrading and technological innovation,actively coupling renewable energy,new energy and other cutting-edge technologies,and realizing the vertical integration development strategy of high-end,differentiated and refined development of products.Finally,it puts forward the strategic focus of the company development and the powerful guarantee measures needed for the smooth implementation of feasible strategies.This paper hopes to study the development strategy of ZMMD company,for its future development strategy direction and focus,and provide reference value for the development of other coal chemical enterprises in China.
