The evolution of the era from labor-intensive to knowledge-intensive has enabled women to gradually fully display and give full play to their advantages in various fields.However,the sub-health status of Chinese professional women is widespread,and various stressors have caused serious physical and mental health problems.Influence.Compared with men,the existence of the "glass ceiling" phenomenon for women is extremely detrimental to the career development of professional women.With the gradual disappearance of China’s demographic dividend,the gender dividend brought about by promoting gender equality may bring about a new round of economic growth.increase.How to effectively stimulate professional women’s work engagement,reduce their job burnout and realize the simultaneous development of women’s career and economy and society has attracted the attention of business managers and scholars.Starting from the job requirement-resource theory,this study uses the literature analysis method and the phenomenon summary method to explore the different dimensions of job requirements and job resources contained in a specific group of professional women,and constructs an attribution model of job characteristics and job burnout of professional women.Using qualitative comparative analysis method,the synergistic effect of various representative factors of job characteristics on job burnout of professional women was discussed from the perspective of family life cycle,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The level of job burnout of professional women is not caused by a single factor It is determined by the combined influence of multiple factors.(2)In the preparatory period and the expansion period,the formation paths of professional women’s job burnout are divided into competitive load type and repetitive workload type.Work load is an important factor in this stage.(3)In the formative period,the path of job burnout of professional women is divided into conflict load type and responsibility load type.Family-work conflict and lack of work autonomy are important influencing factors.(4)During the stable period,the main mode of job burnout among professional women is the promotion bottleneck type,and the limitation of job promotion space is the main influencing factor.This study uses qualitative comparative analysis method to deeply explore the influence mechanism of professional women’s job characteristics on their job burnout,broadens the research ideas of topics in the field of organizational behavior such as job burnout,expands the application field of job burnout-related theories,and provides targeted services for enterprises.provides practical advice on mitigating job burnout among professional women.
