In the context of economic integration, things began to communicate with each other and depend on each other, there have been large number of complex issues about supranational organizations and environmental. The "social network analysis" as an effective theories and methods which can explore these new social phenomena has been concerned by the growing number of scholars. Moreover, the research based on social network model opens a new vision to the study of knowledge management, knowledge management is no longer limited to the framework "sender of knowledge-recipient of knowledge," it introduces both the relationships factors and structure factors to the research. Scholars have found that social networks could affect the status of knowledge management, including knowledge transfer, knowledge sharing and knowledge creation, in particular, it could affect tacit knowledge management of the organization.The study conducted in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey to the innovation teams of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications college students’ innovation competition. The study demonstrated the affects and relations between leader social capital and knowledge management of team by the trust in empirical research. The results showed that leader social capital has a positive impact on team trust, and team trust has a positive impact both on the tacit knowledge sharing and team performance. The results also showed that the mediating role of team trust between leader knowledge centrality and team performance, leader management centrality and tacit knowledge sharing, leader management centrality and team performance, leader-members relationships and tacit knowledge sharing, leader-members relationships and team performance, leader-central member relationships and tacit knowledge sharing, leader-central member relationships and team performance. However, the leader knowledge centrality has no significant impact on knowledge management of team. Finally, according to the above conclusion, the study gives some recommendations on team knowledge management organization.
