Research On The Optimal Operation Path Of Housing Provident Fund System In X City From The Perspective Of Common Prosperity

As a necessity of life,housing is of great importance to every family.With housing,they also have a shelter,a spiritual support,a sense of security,can better contribute to the construction of the city.Housing for all is an important part of achieving common prosperity,and housing is of the greatest concern to the people,so we must pay close attention to it.China has included basic housing security into the scope of basic public services since the 12 th Five-Year Plan of National Basic Public Service System,the first basic service plan.In order to meet the basic requirement of every citizen "to",achieve the goal of common prosperity,the state housing accumulation fund system has carried on the constant exploration and improvement of housing security system with Chinese characteristics,set up housing accumulation fund system in housing finance and housing construction has also played a very important positive role.However,with the progress and development of society,the existing provident fund system in China cannot keep pace with The Times and its ability to guarantee the housing demand of employees is gradually weakened.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the provident fund system of X City in the context of common prosperity in the new era.This paper first describes the related concepts of the housing provident fund system and the theoretical basis of writing this paper,and briefly introduces the development process of the housing provident fund system in X City.Secondly,starting from the operation of the provident fund system in X City,literature research method,discussion method and data analysis method were used to sort out the operation status of the housing provident fund system,and the following problems were concluded: First,the benefit scope was limited and the gap between the deposit amount was large.Second,the extraction of applicable items,low-income extraction difficult.Third,unequal groups of people benefiting from loans have weakened the role of housing security.Fourth,it is difficult to maintain and increase the value of funds,and the rate of return on employees’ deposit is low.By digging into the causes of these problems and combining with the advanced practices of some developed cities in China,this paper proposes the following optimization paths:First,increase the intensity of administrative punishment and broaden the coverage of provident fund payment.Second,we will standardize and improve withdrawal policies,focusing on supporting withdrawal from low-income groups.Third,increase the diversity of loan forms and formulate differentiated loan policies.Fourthly,broaden investment channels and raise yield rate of deposit workers...
