In recent years,affected by the COVID-19,the economic situation at home and abroad has continued to decline,the development of the banking industry has been greatly impacted,and commercial banks have ushered in a competitive situation of "domestic troubles and foreign aggression".In this context,the work pressure of bank employees is increasing,but the salary is declining.This conflict directly affects the loyalty of employees,reduces their work enthusiasm,and causes a large number of loss of bank employees.It is not difficult to find that the current loss of bank employees is becoming more and more serious,affecting the sustainable development of the bank.As the only provincial legal person bank in Henan Province,Z bank is affected by the internal and external environment,and employee turnover and turnover continue to occur.Therefore,the research on employee turnover of Zhengzhou branch of Z bank has important theoretical value and practical significance.The research content of this paper includes the current situation of employee turnover,the impact of employee turnover,the analysis of the causes of employee turnover,the strategies to solve the problem of employee turnover,and puts forward the ideas and methods to effectively reduce the problem of employee turnover.Firstly,the literature research method is used to carry out the research.Through reading the literature,the relevant concepts and theories of human resources and employee turnover are deeply analyzed.Through this theory,the impact of employee turnover on the financial industry and commercial banks is analyzed to form a comprehensive theoretical system,and then the current situation of human resources of Zhengzhou branch of bank Z is understood through data statistical analysis,Finally,through the analysis of questionnaire and interview,this paper finds out the main problems existing in the loss of grass-roots employees in Zhengzhou branch of Z bank,deeply excavates the root causes of the problems,and then finds out the strategies to solve the loss of personnel according to the causes.Through a series of investigation and research,this paper analyzes the characteristics of personnel loss in Zhengzhou branch of bank Z,and finds out the impact of personnel loss in Zhengzhou branch of bank Z,including insufficient reserve of reserve cadres,affecting business development,reducing work efficiency,causing loss of customers and resources,increasing enterprise costs,damaging enterprise image and so on.Then,through interviews and questionnaires,this paper analyzes the reasons for the loss of employees in Zhengzhou branch of bank z from three aspects: internal environmental factors,external environmental factors and employees’ personal factors.Therefore,in view of the causes of the loss of bank personnel found in the survey,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the salary and welfare level of employees,unblocking the promotion channel,broadening the job rotation channel of employees,perfecting the training system,paying attention to the construction of enterprise system culture,strengthening employees’ psychological attention,alleviating work pressure and strengthening employees’ career management.It is hoped that this research can alleviate the employee turnover of bank Z Zhengzhou branch,promote the sustainable development of human resources of bank Z Zhengzhou branch,and improve the local competitiveness of bank Z Zhengzhou branch in Zhengzhou in an all-round and multi-level way.At the same time,it is also hoped that this research can provide reference and reference for the employee turnover of other similar banks.
