The impact of employee turnover on enterprises is very significant,and the impact is mostly negative.The rapid development of F Company in recent years has also enabled enterprises to have more talent demands,but the flow of employees has become an important factor that has plagued the human resource management of F Company.The promotion of employee loyalty plays a very important role in the development of F company.This thesis first sorts out the relevant theories of employee loyalty at home and abroad,and takes Company F as the research object to carry out the investigation on the status quo and influencing factors of employee loyalty in the form of questionnaires and individual interviews.The current situation of employee loyalty is mainly investigated from three dimensions: emotional loyalty,continuous loyalty and normative loyalty;the influencing factors of employee loyalty are mainly investigated from seven dimensions :corporate culture,task,development opportunity,interpersonal relationship,salary,leadership and quality of life.Through the quantitative analysis of the survey data,it is found that the loyalty scores of the three dimensions of F company employees are low,and the scores of employees are concentrated.There is no obvious gap in the three dimensions,indicating that the overall loyalty of F company employees is low.The main factors affecting employee loyalty of F company include 12 indicators,such as employee dissatisfaction with the company’s system and norms,employee dissatisfaction with the company’s task allocation and self-improvement,employee dissatisfaction with interpersonal relationships,employee dissatisfaction with salary,employee dissatisfaction with leadership ability,etc.In view of the problems found,combined with the current situation and actual situation of employee loyalty in F company,This thesis designs 16 feasible employee loyalty promotion strategies from five aspects: corporate culture,work tasks,interpersonal relationships,salary and leadership ability,In order to help F company improve employee loyalty.
