Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Lotus Industry In Baoying County

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the integration of the three industries in rural areas has become an innovative organizational mode and an important organizational form of China’s agricultural development.At the same time,it is also one of the most important policy directions for the party Central Committee to deploy "industrial prosperity".In recent years,contents related to the integration of rural tertiary industries will appear in China’s no.1 central document every year.From the first proposal of this concept in2015 to a more detailed planning description in 2022,the government has an increasingly clear policy direction for increasing farmers’ income and promoting agricultural and rural modernization through the integration of rural three industries.This study is a qualitative study on the integrated development of lotus industry in Baoying County,Yangzhou City,Jiangsu Province.Through the methods of questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews,this study found that at present in Baoying charge to industry in the process of the development of the tertiary industry integration,mainly there are people to the understanding of the industrial convergence to ascend and fusion security needs to improve the construction of the integration,the main body of the collaboration between urbanization,integration of organization operation mechanism to be perfect.In order to solve these problems,this study firstly analyzed the realization process,multiple effects and action mechanism of the integration of rural industries and tertiary industries,so as to find out the ideological factors,basic guarantee factors,main body cooperation factors and operation mechanism factors that caused the integration development of lotus industry and tertiary industries in Baoying County.Then,according to the analysis of these elements,the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of the integration of lotus industry and tertiary industry in Baoying County are put forward,that is,the integration of tertiary industry must be organized and developed based on the perspective of ideological understanding.From the perspective of guarantee support,the "multi-force coupling" of the integration of the three industries must be formed.From the perspective of the main participants,the "multi-coupling" of the integration of the tertiary industry must be realized.From the perspective of organization operation,the "multi-chain coupling" of tertiary industry integration must be completed.
