| Policy agricultural insurance is an important measure to improve farmers’ income and reduce agricultural risks.As the last process of accident and claim settlement,the claims and loss checkers of agricultural insurance companies have a great impact on the protection of farmers’ rights and interests.Therefore,improving the work enthusiasm and service awareness of claims and loss checkers plays a positive role in protecting farmers’ rights and interests.At the same time,as an important part of human resource management,a reasonable performance management system plays a key role in improving the enthusiasm of employees.The current performance management system of claim and loss settlement personnel of company a has been difficult to motivate employees and can no longer meet the development needs of the company.Based on the above points,it is particularly important to optimize the performance management of claim and loss settlement personnel of company A.Based on the relevant theories of performance management and working experience in company a,combined with the actual situation,this paper finds out the problems existing in the performance management of claims and loss auditors in company a by means of questionnaire and interview,such as the formulation of performance plan,lack of effective communication,poor operability of performance indicators,simple content of performance monitoring,lack of effectiveness of performance counseling,unreasonable selection of performance appraisal methods and subjects,Inadequate application of performance results,etc.And analyze the causes of the problems.For these problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization measures,such as designing new performance indicators,introducing work log method to strengthen performance monitoring,optimizing the evaluation subject,strengthening the application of performance evaluation results,etc.By optimizing the deficiencies in the current performance management of claims and loss checkers,this paper can effectively improve the performance management level of claims and loss checkers in company a,and then provide experience for improving the performance management level of the whole company A. |
