Electronic companies such as fast-moving consumer goods companies, is currently in the operation of the market economy in our country occupies very important position. The main content of the project research is through the study of the selection of students, to arrange some enterprise practice work, carry on the moral cultivation and appraisal, thus the talent they need to select the more suitable for enterprise development, through the project distribution of tentacles stretch forward again, in the process of the project to improve the students’recognition of the enterprise, to speed up the students in real time, for an enterprise to build the talent pool has a good security.
