Smart City Integrated Management Platform Based On CIM Applied Research

Under the impact of the new crown epidemic,it will be obvious that the management model of traditional cities can no longer support the development needs of future cities,as large infrastructure projects such as new infrastructure and new urban construction are in full swing in China,CIM management platform is born because of the construction of new smart cities.With the rise of digital twin cities,CIM has once again become its best technology carrier and entered the public’s view.At present,the CIM management platform has become an important measure to improve the urban fine governance in China through its strong technical integration ability and excellent auxiliary decision-making ability.Therefore,in this paper,by analyzing a large number of relevant literature both at home and abroad and combined with the construction practice of the domestic focus of CIM engineering about the more advanced complex CIM technology with a thorough understanding and awareness,through the study of the first batch of guangzhou,nanjing and other construction pilot cities in domestic engineering project examination and approval system reform and the present situation of the CIM based platform construction,Strengthen the application research of CIM platform in unified technical standards for multi-source heterogeneous data processing and integration of BIM,GIS,Io T,AI,cloud computing,digital twin technologies to achieve CIM+ scenarios.At the same time,this topic takes the BIM management platform of Xiongan New Area as an example,and focuses on the demonstration value of the platform system,XDB data standard specifications and management system and other research achievements to the development of domestic CIM industry in the process of developing "six Bims".And based on the CAS theory,male Ann district to build digital twin cities as an open complex giant system,combined with the adaptive main body and the concept of implicit order,clarify the male Ann district BIM platform of self learning,optimization,and the wisdom of growth mechanism,it will be easier to realize the refinement of urban governance and to raise the level of our scientific decision-making,It is concluded that the construction of new smart city should follow the internal law of its development.
