Research On The Driving Influence And Practice Of Agricultural Informatization On The Construction Of Intelligent Agriculture Of Anhui Province

This study focuses on the driving influence and practice mode of agricultural informatization on intelligent agriculture construction by taking Anhui province,a big agricultural province,as an example.Specifically,this study designs the comprehensive evaluation index of agricultural informatization and intelligent agriculture construction.Then,this study analyzes the current situation,evolution trend,and co-evolution characteristics of agricultural informatization and intelligent agriculture construction of Anhui province.This study also analyzes the driving path of agricultural informatization to the construction of intelligent agriculture of Anhui province.Moreover,this study chooses the strawberry industry of Changfeng of Hefei and the pear industry of Dangshan of Suzhou as the representative cases to analyze the practical mode of agricultural informatization driving the construction of intelligent agriculture of Anhui province,and finally gives some policy suggestions.This paper draws the following conclusions: First,both agricultural informatization degree and intelligent agriculture construction level are rising in Anhui province from2010 to 2019.In the same period,both agricultural informatization degree and intelligent agriculture construction level in the different regions of Anhui province have the following trends: central regions > southern regions > northern regions.In terms of agricultural informatization degree or intelligent agriculture construction level in Anhui province,Hefei ranks first among all the regions while Huaibei and Huangshan ranks last among all the regions,respectively.Furthermore,agricultural informatization and intelligent agriculture construction keep a cooperative evolution trend in Anhui province.Second,agricultural informatization will drive the upgrading of agricultural information technology,the development of agricultural intelligent equipment,the cultivation of agricultural biotechnology,and the introduction and cultivation of agricultural information talents,thus driving the high-quality construction of intelligent agriculture.Moreover,agricultural informatization has a significant impact on agricultural production,agricultural operation,and agricultural service,while there are four supporting elements,namely information technology,intelligent equipment,biotechnology and information talents,in the construction of intelligent agriculture.Third,Changfeng strawberry industry develops a “subject + farming” mode,in which the data is collected and applied by agriculture science and technology to solve the problem of production technology of peasant households.Dangshan pear industry develops a “block chain + farming” mode,in which the financialization of agriculture data is to solve the problem of farmers’ financing.There are some differences between the two modes in cooperation subject,practice mode,organization format and operation performance.Through this study,it is helpful to deeply understand the status and trend characteristics of agricultural informatization and intelligent agriculture construction in central areas of China,the driving influence of agricultural informatization on intelligent agriculture construction,and the practical modes of agricultural informatization driving intelligent agriculture construction of Anhui province.The policy suggestions can provide certain reference and practical inspiration for Anhui to promote agricultural informatization and intelligent agriculture construction in the new period.
