Research On Collaborative Innovation Of National Laboratories

Innovation can bring a steady stream of development power to the country,especially now that some international forces are at war,China must seize the strategic opportunity to achieve rapid development.As the backbone of the innovation system,the National Laboratory has always provided support for China’s scientific research and technological innovation.As the key mode of innovation and innovation in many laboratories.Both NETL and NREL are single project laboratories under US energy,and their collaborative innovation research deserves attention.In this paper,the author searched and read many documents,sorted out the laboratory operation process and the remarkable characteristics of the laboratory.Taking the collaborative innovation theory as the main idea,this paper analyzes the plan of laboratory collaborative innovation and how to implement the plan.National laboratories generally overcome difficulties around national goals,transfer the achievements and technologies for military security or market after completing scientific research tasks,and finally benefit the country and the people.Then,from the analysis of specific laboratory constituent elements,these basic constituent elements provide opportunities for cross domain research,and their staff are highly inclusive and diversified;Its funds mainly come from the government,while there are other ways to increase funds;Its scientific research facilities are rich and unique.In view of the special nature of laboratory research,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the literature results of laboratory basic research.The research field of laboratory not only makes outstanding contributions to its own key research fields,but also carries out cross field research;Become friendly partners with many countries and institutions,and turn politics,industry,University and research into a cooperation network.Finally,according to the analysis of case laboratory collaborative innovation,it forms enlightenment and provides reference for laboratory construction in China.
