With the rise of the computer industry and the support of national policies,software industry environment in China is becoming more and more perfect,and the scale and quality of the software industry have achieved a comprehensive leap.Software development platforms are not only used in the computer field and mobile phones,but also in various smart wearable,home and automotive industries,which also need software support to implement functions to meet consumer needs.However,the rapid interaction of technology,the large turnover of senior engineers,and the weak awareness of intellectual property protection have made the project fault as expected,which makes many software development companies face severe challenges.As a member of many software development companies,AM Technology also faces unfavorable situations such as software development project delays,inability to meet customer needs or project cancelation due to various reasons.This requires companies to reduce their future project failure rates due to potential risks through risk management,especially the application of risk assessment methods.Through the analysis of the current practical background of software development projects and related management conditions,on the basis of learning and analyzing domestic and foreign theories and research,this paper uses the literature analysis method and the case study of related papers and summarizes the shortcomings of the current research,conceptually defines the current risk assessment method as the theoretical research basis of this paper.Secondly,through the analysis and summary of the basic situation of AM Technology Company and the project management and risk management of software development projects,it is determined that the company currently has problems such as weak risk management projects,single and qualitative assessment analysis methods.Combined with literature and case studies,the risk assessment method for software development projects suitable for the company was determined to be FMEA-AHP-Fuzzy Analysis,which combined qualitative analysis methods and quantitative analysis methods,which is the company’s innovation in risk assessment.Third,through the failure model and analysis(FMEA),40 previously representative software development projects of AM Technology’s software were sorted out and analyzed to figure out that the main influencing factors on the company’s projects were demand risk,technical risk,personnel risk and information leakage,which were used to determine the company’s risk assessment indicators.Combined with the analytic hierarchy method(AHP),the weight relationship between severity,opportunity and detectability in FMEA and the weight between risk factors are determined to reduce the subjectivity of the assessment.The risk level is verbally assessed by brainstorming method,and then the assessment is blurred by fuzzy analysis,and the risk level standards of AM Technology Company’s software development projects are determined from high to low from 9.19,7.46,5.43,2.47 and 1.13,respectively.Finally,the FMEA-AHP-fuzzy analysis method was applied to the software development project of AM Technology Company,and the risk assessment of the project was carried out,and the risk number of the project was 4.21,and the project was in the general risk level.Compared with the brainstorming analysis method currently used,this result confirms that the assessment results of the FMEA-AHP-fuzzy analysis method are closer to the actual situation,and the main risk factors of the project are identified as demand risk,improving resource utilization,reducing the risk of project failure to deliver and economic loss.
