| Since the reform and opening up in recent30years, more and more multinationalcompanies starts to invest in China, and some small and medium-sized enterpriseshave also appears rapidly. Mine while, with the development of the real economy,logistics industry had played a more and more important role in national economy. Asan important element in logistics industry, warehouse storage changed to be a keypoint in materials distribution and flow. Similarly, in entities manufacturingenterprises, warehouse management mainly reflects in the purpose of raising thespeed of the logistics, reduce logistics cost, enhance customers satisfaction andmarket occupancy. After the creation of modern logistics, there comes forward newrequirement on warehouse management.In this paper, the study of warehouse management to specific enterprises as anexample, the use of FMEA method, first of all, according to the panel’s cooperation,to identify the storage department in concrete, all of the failure mode. Then using thefuzzy FMEA method to evaluate the entire failure mode, as the center of mass valueresults calculated the failure mode of the score. Then prioritize, failure mode for agreater influence on the storage process of failure mode, formulate the correspondingcountermeasures according to the results of the sort.The innovation of this article is mainly manifested in two aspects: one is themethod of FMEA used for warehouse management, combining with thecharacteristics of warehousing operations, identify the warehousing homework allpotential failure modes. Second, combining fuzzy theory with FMEA, qualitativequantitative score calculation cancroids values, through the center of mass value onfailure mode.Through the failure mode of steel company warehouse process identification,evaluation and response, on the one hand, for the company warehouse managementhas a very good guide: on the other hand, expand the application fields of FMEA,perfect the relevant theories of FMEA. |
