Research On Life-cycle Project Management Of Aerospace Enterprise Military Investment Project

At present,the theory of life cycle management has been applied in many fields,such as product R & D,cost accounting and so on.It can effectively solve the problems of management and cost accounting in the whole life cycle of products and projects,and has achieved good results.The investment projects of military enterprises in aerospace enterprises usually undertake the key projects of major national special projects,and the success of the projects has extremely important social benefits.In order to ensure the smooth completion of the project,the construction period of the military investment project of the space enterprise is long,it involves many departments,the technical difficulty is high,and the factors that affect the cost of the project are complex.The whole life cycle management theory has not been clearly used in the field of military investment in the space enterprise.This paper analyzes the current situation of the management of the fixed assets investment project of the space enterprise,analyzes the existing problems,and analyzes the necessity of the construction of the whole life cycle management system for the military investment project of the space enterprise.This paper describes the objectives and basic principles of the whole life cycle management of military fixed assets investment in space enterprises,and constructs a whole life cycle project management system for the fixed assets investment of military workers in space enterprises,and designs the methods of organization management,process management and information management in detail.Taking the fixed assets investment project of a space enterprise as an application object,the application of the whole life cycle management theory in this project is expounded.It is believed that the project should have a complete set of operating procedures.At the same time,according to the operation rules of the project,the corresponding solution and the scheme to improve the operation regulations are put forward..Through the preliminary research in this paper,we have further promoted the management of military industrial investment projects in aerospace enterprises.
