With the constant popularization of information technology,enterprises in the investment and the government in the investment should take the information technology.When the "Internet plus" is widely used,Internet plus investment will be a trend.Governments are trying to create a comfortable and convenient investment environment.The government and enterprises are concerned about whether there is a good investment of comprehensive information system.However,due to the investment information system involves a wide range,strong technical and management requirements,high risk factor,it is easy to cause the completion of the project can not be completed,the quality of the project,cost overrun and other issues.How to complete the task on time with high quality and efficient,is an important subject construction a attract investment comprehensive information system.In this paper,the construction process of the attract investment comprehensive information system of Nanning is studied.Mainly on the scope of the project,schedule,risk management of the three aspects of the empirical Exposition.First,analyze user requirements in project scope management,that is to build "three business functions and eight sub systems".Secondly,the project scope is defined and the work breakdown structure method is used to decompose the project work.This work is divided into nine stages:project initiation,project initiation,approval,bidding,development,commissioning,acceptance,maintenance and so on.At the same time in the implementation process of the project to the scope of the project audit,change monitoring and management,to ensure that the project scope does not bias.In terms of project schedule management,first of all,according to the nine phases of the project scope.Write a list of the activities of the entire project,and sort by time order.At the same time,draw the project work breakdown structure diagram.Secondly,the project activity duration is estimated by analogy method.Then,make progress plans and draw the Gantt chart.Finally,it is to strengthen the management of progress control and tracking.Analyze the reasons for the delay of the project and put forward the countermeasures,To ensure that the project is performed as per schedule.In the project risk management,in accordance with the risk identification,assessment,response,monitoring of the four steps of risk management.First of all,by using the fishbone diagram method to identify risks in four stages that the start of the project,approval and procurement,project development,project operation.Identify 9 major risk sources and 22 specific risk items.Secondly,the risk analysis matrix method is used to evaluate the risk items.The use of risk avoidance,mitigation,transfer,retention,reserve measures 5 coping strategies,the proposed solutions for each risk.Finally,the risk monitoring system of the attract investment comprehensive information system of Nanning was constructed.In the implementation process,in accordance with this system to monitor the entire project.Make the risk occurrence rate and the loss of the project to a minimum,to ensure the realization of the project objectives.
