| In the current international and domestic market and the general trend of global trade integration,every industry,especially manufacturing industry,is increasingly competitive.How to improve enterprises’ market competitiveness,innovation and resilience to unexpected situations is a problem that every manufacturing company has to overcome.Greater emphasis on the application of lean production and the purpose of lean production in various industries can not only improve product productivity and delivery rate,but also improve product quality and keep resource input relatively low while lowering production costs.In this paper,the contents of relevant research at home and abroad are collected,the theory of lean production is stated and its development is put forward,the basic learning tools of lean production are summarized and refined,and the construction of theoretical knowledge system is promoted.Based on the problems facing our manufacturing industry and the environment of company H,this paper sets the development target of company H,and through the implementation of lean management,the production cost is reduced,efficiency is improved,product quality is guaranteed,customer satisfaction is improved and waste is reduced.At the same time,by combining the relevant research and practice contents at home and abroad,this paper describes in detail the Lean Production mode being carried out by H Company in the way of Lean Production Theory System and Practice,and draws up the relevant improvement scheme according to Lean Production Principle.This paper analyzes the successful experiences of H Company from the perspective of just-in-time,automation and equalization.The results show that the real income obtained by H Company in carrying out the lean production link also provides a reference for similar companies to optimize production and ensure the smooth operation of enterprises.This study refers to the research results of the related fields,chooses the machining process of mechanical industry as the research target,and takes the Lean Production of H Company as an example to analyze in detail how to promote and deepen Lean Production and promote the Lean Enterprise Strategy,in order to provide the relevant researchers with general reference and suggestions for improvement. |
